Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ B.Sc in Textile Engineering/ Diploma in Textile Engineering.
∎ Must have a good academic result.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check allocation/work on the process with respect to quantities & give report to PM/GM/ED.
∎ Set the workers in each shift to operate the machine for on time production.
∎ Check capacities VS block planning given from Head Office.
∎ Prepare cutting/ sewing /finishing planning.
∎ Over see cut to slip ratio.
∎ Prepare report on machine shutdown time, machine trouble, and production losses.
∎ Monitor all the machine and section properly to keep it neat and clean. Manage all the material on the floor to avoid mixing.
∎ Manage urgent and critical situations and provide decisions or report to higher authority.
∎ Monitor wastage to reduce cost.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Production management.
∎ Shift management
∎ Up to date knowledge on related machinery / equipment.
∎ Sound technical knowledge.
∎ Analytical ability.
