• ISP experience will be preferred.

• Candidates from Cox’s Bazar, Khagrachari, Lakshmipur, Chandpur, and Cumilla will be given preference.

• Drive retail marketing and sales of ISP products and services, including high-speed internet packages and business connectivity solutions.

• Establish new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, preparing tailored proposals, and converting leads into long-term customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement, sales visits, and strategic promotional campaigns.

• Conduct regular client visits to build trust, strengthen relationships, and identify additional service needs.

• Liaise with existing clients to ensure continuous service satisfaction, promptly address concerns, and enhance the customer experience.

• Monitor market trends, competitors’ offerings, and client feedback to develop effective sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

• Review and analyze sales performance and cost efficiency to identify areas for improvement.

• Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and reporting documentation for management review.

• Provide support, information, and guidance to clients, including recommending service upgrades, new solutions, and profit-enhancing options.

• Present product demonstrations and explain technical features and advantages of ISP services in a customer-friendly manner.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales and marketing activities.

• Possess and maintain up-to-date knowledge of ISP market trends, IT developments, and emerging technologies to better address client needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technical Support, Customer Care, Billing) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer retention.

• Actively participate in sales promotions, fairs, and community events to enhance brand awareness.
