∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Candidates must have sound knowledge in the areas of Negotiable Instrument Act, Artha Rin Adalat Ain, land/property & property transfer laws etc.
∎ Candidates having 1-2 years practical working experience in the relevant field including court procedures with any reputed law firm and/or Bank/Financial Institution will be given preference.
∎ Candidates should be dynamic, self-motivated with strong interpersonal & communication skills and good command over English.
∎ Candidates must have sound knowledge in the areas of Negotiable Instrument Act, Artha Rin Adalat Ain, land/property & property transfer laws etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and send various reports to Regulatory Authorities independently.
∎ Assist in taking proper steps to file suits against defaulters.
∎ Represent DBH at criminal/civil court & ensure that the suits are progressing swiftly.
∎ Maintain liaison with Company's external lawyers at court & firm.
∎ Perform any other function within the legal framework
