∎ 0 - 1 years of experience in related field for Asst. Production Officer
∎ Team building, enthusiastic, innovative and result oriented Keen knowledge about operation breakdown or machine layout.
∎ Strong knowledge about bottleneck point, line balancing, SMV efficiency and sample making.
∎ Ability to ensure quick changeover and analyze & assess product risks, critical operations, quality issues in advance before production.
∎ Willing to stay beside factory at own accord
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist to increase production efficiency with quality standards through developing production process/techniques.
∎ Execute production plan for maximum production efficiency & monitor the M/Cs performance.
∎ Ensure pre-production meeting with production team in every new order.
∎ Follow up the order sheet according to color and quantity before preparing production schedule for printing.
∎ Line balancing should be done every day morning.
∎ Ensure daily production targets are achieved on the sewing floor
∎ Liaison among different section of the factory.
