Education:

• Diploma in Agriculture
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Age 22 to 32 years

• Managing, maintaining, monitoring and co-operating the farmer during their jute cultivation from land preparation to drying the fiber of jute with good agricultural practices.

• Providing technical guidance of jute cultivation to farmers to ensure good quality of jute fiber.

• Field Management and ensuring of good agricultural practices (GAP)·

• Regularly conducting farmer meetings and jute field visits to contract farmers. 

• Conducting managerial activities during growing and purchasing of jute.

• Collection and storage of data on jute crop size, production, jute price etc. of previous years and current year.  

• Setting up and monitoring the jute demonstration plots.

• Evaluation and monitoring of jute fiber assorting and grading system according to different grade.

• Evaluation, Monitoring and taking the moisture percentage of raw jute by moisture meter.

• Making bill of raw jute which will be provided by farmer and supplier.

• Monitoring, maintaining and keeping the purchased raw jute in the warehouse.

• Monitoring and developing different documents and reports.  

• Follow the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and companies rules regulations.     

• Reporting daily information to authorities and Operating scale/weight meter of jute carrying truck.

• Performing any other jobs as assigned by the supervisor and higher authorities.
