Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture

• Diploma in Agriculture, along with B.Sc. in Agriculture, will be considered as an added advantage.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Chemical Industries

• Age 25 to 32 years

• Basic understanding of crop protection, pest management, and bio-efficacy testing.

• Good knowledge of different agricultural issues related to crop care.

• Knowledge of product trial, demonstration, replication, etc.

• Plan, maintain, and develop the plantation and greenery within the factory premises.

• Ensure continuous improvement of landscaping and environmental sustainability initiatives at FL Factory.

• Provide need-based support for the country house plantation and related green projects.

• Conduct field trials of different products in farmer’s fields, Government research organizations, and agricultural universities to identify the most effective crop-pest solutions.

• Develop and implement trial SOPs, protocols, experimental designs, and field layouts.

• Test the bio-efficacy of competitor and pipeline products and provide insights to Marketing for identifying potential future molecules.

• Ensure accurate data collection, compilation, and analysis for R&D documentation.

• Prepare and submit detailed research reports to the R&D department within stipulated timelines.

• Organize and execute product demonstrations on farmers’ fields to validate efficacy, dosage, timing, and method of application.

• Prepare demo reports, communicate field feedback to management, and recommend corrective measures.

• Support Marketing and R&D teams with field data for product positioning and technical communication.

• Maintain effective coordination with the R&D team for all research and trial-related activities.

• Collaborate with local research institutes, agricultural universities, and DAE (Department of Agricultural Extension) to facilitate joint research and validation initiatives.

• Provide timely support and guidance during research activities and evaluations.

• Maintain field and factory records systematically for audit and review purposes.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior or management.
