Responsibilities & Context:
Requisition Receive from User Dept.
Comparative Statement prepare.
Purchase Order preparation.
Payment Note preparation.
Update data in the progress file.
Monitoring unloading activity.
Follow up delivery schedule with vendor.
Software operation (PO to Receive).
Arrange Goods delivery to user Department and collect Material Receiving Report.
Payment Note submit to Accounts.
Any other task assigned by the department manager.
