A reputed organization is seeking a smart, proactive, and dedicated individual for the position of Assistant Team Coordinator & Client Relationship Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting team operations and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Location: Karwan Bazar (only for Dhaka)
Employment Type: 10.0am -6.0pm
Working Hours : 6 days a week (including weekends/holidays as required)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating daily team activities and schedules
Employee Training Assistant
Communicate with clients to ensure online/ offline
Monitoring sales team & KPIs targets
Daily sales Report Submit
Problem find out & Solving Report
Depositing fees through processing from existing clients/Agents
Convert existing clients/agents into new sales with new file open.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: Starting-18000/
Other benefits as per company policy

Sales team 1% commission per file, existing clients/Agents file 3% commission per File.
