Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to coordinate and monitor overall project logistics and support to planning and operations including logistics, communications, information technology & procurement.
∎ Support disbursing SBLI, BLI, Cleaner and night guard monthly salary. Staffs Monthly Mobile and Internet bills.
∎ Support to assess and organize logistics in terms of transport requirements, receipt, handling, storage and distribution of Learning Centre items and establishes proper warehousing and recording systems including assets.
∎ Support warehouse management with planning, organizing and coordination.
∎ Provide administrative support to staff as set and required.
∎ Establish a detailed procurement plan to determine appropriate specifications of required items, according to established guidelines and procedures and in coordination with Finance, Procurement and Admin.
∎ Ensure logistics requirements take gender-specific needs into consideration.
∎ Support recruitment process of NT, SBLI and BLI. Completing joining formalities.
∎ Ensure safety security of Office, Assets and Official documents.
∎ Report to Supervisor, project focal or any other person when necessary.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor and organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication skills- verbal and written both in English & Bangla.
∎ Capable of working under pressure.
∎ Knowledge of Warehouse management and record keeping.
∎ Sound MS Word, MS Excel, Power point, Outlook and other relevant computer skills.
