Educational Requirements:
∎ Holding a Master degree preferably in social sciences or any other discipline or relevant professional degree preferably from a reputed university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Sr. Monitoring and Research Officer in Preparing Monitoring and supervision tools for the project.
∎ Conduct regular visit to monitor and track the project progress.
∎ Support Sr. Monitoring and Research Officer in preparing monitoring reporting format and develop system.
∎ Support Sr. Monitoring and Research Officer in preparing reports on M&E findings, as required, working closely with technical staff and Donor Agency.
∎ Support Sr. Monitoring and Research Officer in preparing database for the project.
∎ Support Sr. Monitoring and Research Officer in conducting assessment for learning outcome.
∎ Liaison with project staff to achieve the project goal
∎ Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and final programmatic/monitoring report.
∎ Draft different govt. liaison related letters/documents for different purposes and pursue these to different govt. offices e.g. RRRC office, DC office and UNO offices etc.
∎ Maintain close coordination in between Govt. offices and Friendship project office.
∎ Attend different meetings at Govt. offices as Organization Representative when required.
∎ Maintain day-to-day liaison with NGOAB, RRRC office, DC office, UNO office & Education District & upazilla offices.
∎ Support to govt. liaison at camp level with CiCs, ACiCs and CMOs if required.
∎ Building strong rapport with Local Govt. Authority (Chairman, Members, Counsellors etc.) if any unwanted situation arises.
∎ Adherence to getting approval from the govt. offices.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor and organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of progressively experiences in Education/related Project operations & implementation in the field of humanitarian development activities. Among them 1 year work experiences in emergency response is preferable.
∎ Good knowledge and understanding on govt. settings.
∎ Excellent communication skills, especially writing and speaking skills in English.
∎ Knowledge on KOBO Collect and ODK and any other data analysis tools.
∎ Have to be Tech-savvy
∎ Capable of working under pressure.
∎ Sound knowledge on Bijoy, MS Word, MS Excel, Power point, Outlook and other relevant computer skills.
∎ Have Basic Data management and analysis skills.
∎ Have strong team working skills and a collaborative approach to learning, both face-to-face and remotely.
∎ Research background is preferable.
