Educational Requirements:
∎ Holding a Master degree preferably in Statistics/Anthropology or any other social sciences discipline or relevant professional degree preferably from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Monitoring Evaluation Accountability & Learning Officer in preparing monitoring reporting format and develop system.
∎ Record, manage and preserve monitoring and MIS data in a safe and accessible way.
∎ Conduct regular visit to monitor and track the project progress.
∎ Prepares, compiles, and submits several sorts of documents and reports.
∎ Entry data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms.
∎ Verify and provide update & correct data where necessary.
∎ Support Sr. Monitoring and Research Officer in preparing database for the project.
∎ Support Sr. Monitoring and Research Officer in conducting assessment for learning outcome.
∎ Support to conduct many internal and external visits for reporting purpose.
∎ Present findings on different reporting issues in the bi-weekly meeting.
∎ Liaison with project staff as reporting purpose to achieve the project goal.
∎ Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and final programmatic/monitoring report.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor and organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experiences in Education/related Project in the field of humanitarian development activities. Experiences in emergency response is preferable.
∎ Excellent attention to details.
∎ Knowledge on KOBO Collect and ODK and any other data analysis tools.
∎ Have to be Tech-savvy
∎ Capable of working under pressure.
∎ Sound knowledge on Bijoy, MS Word, MS Excel, Power point, Outlook and other relevant computer skills.
∎ Have Basic Data management and analysis skills.
∎ Have strong team working skills and a collaborative approach to learning, both face-to-face and remotely.
∎ Research background is preferable.
