Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ B.Sc. from a reputed University.
∎ Course in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Fast typing skill, Good Computer Skills
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive procurement requisitions, identify the requirements of accessories, and justify specifications.
∎ Monitor and evaluate all trims and accessories as per marketing or buyer requirements.
∎ Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency; update the status of all trims and accessories; and cross-check with the Head of Merchandising to ensure that all items are enlisted.
∎ Collect PI as well as proceed with the L/C opening in compliance with budgetary control.
∎ Collect the store inventory report as per the production status and store through the inventory record.
∎ Verify all development with the merchandising department for proper and accurate sourcing against the required quality and standards.
∎ Collect accessory prices from different suppliers, negotiate with them, and finally get approval from management.
∎ Understand and follow suppliers’ procedures for order fulfillment.
∎ Ability to source new products and deliver the right products at the right price.
∎ Ensure full compliance with sourcing activities with suppliers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Good typing speed in both Bangla & English (Minimum 30 WPM).
∎ Females are encouraged to apply.
∎ Data entry in Oracle Software.
∎ Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
∎ Team player, Quick Learner, Independent, Pro-active and Result Oriented.
∎ Smart, Energetic, Confident, Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Fluent in speaking, reading and writing of English.
