• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• University of Dhaka,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,BRAC University,University of Chittagong,Jahangirnagar University students will get preference

• At most 4 years

• Age At least 23 years

• Strong communication and presentable ability to buying house merchandiser
• Possess high sense of responsibility in the order to completion of the assignment
• Should be a long term planner Well conversant in MS Office

1. Prepare T & A and monitor to Development, Sourcing, and Production area;
2. Follow up on sample developments and production with a high degree of personal responsibility;
3. Attend buyers meeting, negotiate, secure and execute with the reporting manager;
4. Source sample material, fabric material and get approval;
5. Lead sample development and PP meeting with consumption check and finalize during development;
6. Plan wise on time booking placement and ensure on time material ETA at factory;
7. All required submission as per Buyer`s demand including Gold, Black, Sample Fabrics, Trim Booking, etc;
8. Co-ordinate with Production Team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyer;
9. Coordinate with Planning Manager to determine/fix delivery schedule (date) and sequence of implementing all order in the lines;
10. Work closely with QA to ensure best final product. Have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.
