CSS Hope Polytechnic Institute (HPI) is a renowned diploma training institute in Khulna. Established in 2011 HPI provides “Diploma in Engineering” in 5 technologies: civil, electrical, mechanical, computer and textile engineering. We are seeking a qualified and motivated Assistant Marketing Officer who will be responsible for implementing effective marketing initiatives for the institute.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop effective and strategic marketing plans for Hope Polytechnic and Technical Institute (HPTI).
Execute marketing plans in coordination with the Marketing Coordinator, Vice Principal (HPI), and Principal of the institute.
Assist in promotional activities for student admissions at HPTI.
Design and arrange promotional materials (e.g., pens, pocket pads, pen stands, calendars, leaflets, banners, festoons).
Communicate and organize seminars with teachers and students from different schools to share accurate information about HPTI.
Monitor and manage the placement of banners and festoons in different locations.
Visit schools to conduct meetings with teachers and students and maintain proper documentation.
Visit the homes of SSC-passed students, communicate with guardians, and maintain records.
Coordinate leaflet distribution, SMS campaigns, miking, and cable TV advertisements.
Manage social media promotions (e.g., Facebook boosting).
Organize student counseling and motivational sessions.
Arrange and coordinate different types of meetings.
Support the management of library activities.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
