Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ PGDHRM & HRMC will be an added advantage.
∎ Reputed public & private university students are preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Analytical ability, Excellent computer skill, highly proactive, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Microsoft Office Applications, Strong knowledge on HR Operations Business Communication

Job Context:
∎ We are searching for experienced HR professionals for performing & assisting on different HR operations, Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, HRIS programs etc. He/she must monitor, supervise, solve critical issues, and ensure HR policies that commensurate with organization`s mission, vision and objective.
∎ Workplace: Dhaka (Cooperate office), Bhaluka / Mymensingh (Factory)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management, Compensations, Benefits & incentive schemes.
∎ To ensure & maintain all employee files and data recorded with all related papers updated.
∎ Maintain a sound Performance Management System for all workers, staffs and management personnel.
∎ Assist and Perform recruitment and selection process to hire the right persons for the right positions.
∎ To develop, upgrade and implement HR policies, guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR operations within the company.
∎ Prepare & issue office notes, memo, office orders, letters & circulars in respect to HR perspective.
∎ Management and assisting on different disciplinary actions i.e., inquiry, warning, termination, dismissal, transfer, promotions etc.
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules (Srom Bidhimala).
∎ Follow up employee/labor relation & legal affairs work.
∎ Conduct Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview.
∎ Follow up Disciplinary actions & conduct departmental enquiry & grievance handling.
∎ Look after expenditures like staff & workers salary & wages, overtime & night allowance, incentives etc.
∎ To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs, attend participation committee meeting and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.
∎ Ensure security of plant, properties, premises & personnel.
∎ Maintain rapport with the local bodies, buyer representatives and govt. agencies.
∎ Ensure administrative policy & procedure in respect to HRM perspectives for the smooth operations in the factory.
∎ Update all licenses, certificates.
∎ Follow up hygienic issues.
∎ Has to work in a team to improve existing Admin processes.
∎ To participate in Opening and Closing as per roaster made by factory Management.
∎ Assist & coordinate performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
∎ Practice manufacturing plan and policy guidelines to drive the performance of key result areas on production activities and continuous implementation monitoring.
∎ Ensure Compliance & Continual Improvement of the organizations.
∎ Review the employee performance time to time and take necessary actions.
∎ Promote cross training to optimize workforce, ensures functional coverage, reduce labor costs, and supports succession planning.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Employee Engagements, HR and Admin Operations, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Performance Management System, Recruitment & Selection, Work Experience in ERP
∎ Very Good understanding of Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 & Amendments.
∎ Excellent Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Visio & Excel)
∎ Experience with latest information technologies and best practices
∎ Proactive, Good team player, well-organized and detail-oriented
∎ Good Leadership skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
