Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Apparel Manufacturing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate and carryout trainability assessment for all on-boarders related to quality checking.
∎ Formulate and carryout focused, intense training at training school & on the job trainings.
∎ Routine calibration training for quality checkers.
∎ Train the trainer and managing the trainer staff.
∎ Be the key point of contact in SQCL for the customer, for technical & quality related matters, for a reputed US brand.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ +5 years, experience in technical & quality management role. Preferably in sweaters.
∎ Preferably a degree in apparel manufacturing, garment, textile technology, or other related field
∎ High negotiation and communication skills
∎ Fluency in English & Bangla.
∎ High communication skills, is able to show, tell and validate the understanding.
∎ Basic understanding in quality checking, preferably in sweaters.
∎ Understanding in basic IE is an added advantage [Motions & Trimming]
