Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Draft Financial Statutory Audited Report
∎ Preparation of monthly budget, weekly, and daily fund requisition.
∎ Preparation of monthly cash flow.
∎ Responsible for worker, executive, non-executive salary disbursement.
∎ Calculates and records loan profit calculation, reconciliation, and posting in accounting software.
∎ All types of voucher JV, PV, RV, CV posting and monitor in accounting software.
∎ Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation.
∎ Maintain daily cash book and bank book.
∎ Responsible and Monitor for all types of payment, receipt.
∎ Communicates with credit rating agency.
∎ Records landed cost of imported machineries and material.
∎ Communicate with audit firm regarding documentations.
∎ Any other task assign by mentor and management.
∎ VAT & TAX management knowledge.
