Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for production planning as per buyer order/follow Fast React (FR).
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for fixation production target.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for machine lay out planning as per design of garments.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for dividing plan regularly .
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for method selection.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for production study.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for operation break down.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for S.M.V. Calculation.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for working hour fixation.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for Layout Balancing.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for Absenteeism balancing in the line.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining Jumper Pool.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for following up MIS Reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ At least five years experience in relevant field and 3 years experience in managerial position in Knit Fabric. Experience in Jersey will be an added advantage.
