Education:
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Proven experience as a Manager (Factory) or similar role in the related manufacturing industry.
  • Having Degree in Operation Management will be an added advantage.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Should be self-motivated, energetic & good at working under pressure.
  • Good communication skill is a must
  • Willing to stay in the factory premises for full time.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage all administrative functions of the factory, including facility management, inventory control, and documentation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  • Inspect Delivery Vehicles for damage and cleanliness. Coordinate with planning, logistics, and other departments to optimize workflow and resource uninstallation.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop production supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and create development plans for team members.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
  • Use lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to streamline operations.
  • Promote and enforce a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to minimize workplace hazards.
  • Assist in budget preparation and control manufacturing costs, including labour, materials, and overhead.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-saving measures where appropriate.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, quality, safety, and cost.
  • Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management.
  • Work with procurement to maintain efficient supply chain operations.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance activities.
