∎ Qualifications & Experience:
∎ CA, CMA, or other relevant certification preferred.
∎ 3-5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
∎ Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Accounting Operations: Oversee general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
∎ Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
∎ Taxation & Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax regulations, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
∎ Accounts Payable & Receivable: Monitor cash flow, manage vendor payments, and track receivables to ensure timely collections.
∎ Audit Coordination: Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
∎ Budgeting & Forecasting: Support financial planning processes, including budget preparation and variance analysis.
∎ Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
∎ Stakeholder Management: Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities as required.
∎ Team Support: Mentor and assist junior accounting staff in daily operations and financial reporting.
