We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager (Weaving Production) for one of our Weaving factories. Candidates’ responsibilities and abilities:
Must understand weaving machine criteria and woven fabric quality.
Must have the ability to increase production and productivity as per target.
Supervise the daily Beam fitter work and ensure quick machine running with minimum change over time.
Preparing weaving inventory report and properly update to reporting supervisor.
Monitor every weaving machine and take corrective action against high breakage loom.
Must understand buyer’s quality standard and should have knowledge about weaving quality parameters.
Must understand about various types of fabric fault and their corrective action plan.
Prepare knotting plan and accordingly generate requirement of sizing beam.
Have to understand loom processing and planning machine with less working with less time.
Follow up fabric ready schedule within specific deadline and weave fabric accordingly.
Must have the leadership quality and control the workers, staff and officer properly.
Must have knowledge about warp/weft yarn consumption and follow up yarn feeding from yarn store to weaving floor.
Must ensure proper utilization of manpower and arrange/ recruit require manpower to ensure maximum production.
Ensure all rules and regulation are regularly update and follow throughout the factory.
