Responsibilities & Context:

·       Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities.

·       Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

·       Prepare/guide commercial proposals, pricing models, and tender documentation.

·       Collaborate with technical/pre-sales teams to design client-specific solutions.

·       Work closely with the marketing, technical, and finance teams for seamless operations.

·       Provide timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.

·       Contribute to product development and service enhancement through client insights

·       Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and market expansion goals.

·       Identify new business opportunities and pursue key accounts in line with company objectives.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term success.

·       Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to adjust strategies accordingly.

·       Collaborate with marketing, presales, and product teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

·       Lead and mentor the sales team; provide coaching, performance reviews, and support in field operations.

·       Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

·       Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities.

·       Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, and direct communication.

·       Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

·       Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business solutions to clients.

·       Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions.

·       Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

·       Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.

·       Provide regular market intelligence and sales reports to management.
