∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Educational requirement is flexible for the experienced candidates
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To communicate with customer/ buyer over phone and physical visit.
∎ To collect pay order, cheque, online receipt from customer/ buyer.
∎ To prepare report of daily stock of finished goods and communicate with respective personnel.
∎ Report about Monthly/Yearly target Vs achievement.
∎ Green field creation by adding new customer in current row.
∎ Follow up immediate junior to achieve KPI.
∎ Maintain strong relationship with customer and all stakeholder of the company.
∎ Identify target market, sales channel and execution of dispatch orders in coordination with Sales and Marketing team.
∎ Maintain relationship with the clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. As well as to keep close contact with the customers and visit the market continuously to achieve sales target.
∎ Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
∎ Watchful on competitors' activities, prices, programmers and report to the management regularly.
∎ Boost sales and branding of company's product.
∎ Attend any complain about our product, credit policy, service or any others related matters.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the competent authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ At least 3 year(s) experience of sales and marketing in the paper industry
∎ Must have experience of working with the paper traders of NoyaBazar.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Corporate Sales and Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Paper Industry
∎ Analyzing consumer demographics and preference
∎ Demonstrating products
∎ Influencing others
