Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Voucher and Expense Auditing: Review and verify debit & credit vouchers, journal vouchers, monthly meeting expenses, tour bills, Mio incentives, other expenses, party bills, salary vouchers, and final settlements of employees.
∎ Inventory Audits: Conduct audits of factory finished goods, raw and packing materials, promotional and sample products, and depot inventories.
∎ Depot Audits: Perform audits for 07 depots, conducting at least two audits per month, including checking petty cash, depot stock, and adherence to depot SOPs.
∎ Bill Verification & Market Invoices: Verify all purchase bills, market invoices, confirm market visits, and account receivables. Ensure the accuracy of gift price verifications.
∎ Post-Audit Verification: Conduct post-audit checks of debit vouchers, credit vouchers, journal vouchers, and final payments of cheques.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
