Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Preferred in Refrigerator Service

• Skilled in repairing cooler and refrigerator systems.

• Age 32 to 40 years

• Update the system daily with refrigerator service call information.

• Refurbish and prepare refrigerators for installation, ensuring compliance with market standards.

• Provide breakdown services as per the SLA report and perform necessary checks.      

• Collaborate with the sales team to address cooler breakdown issues.

• Monitor and oversee service engineer activities.

• Enhance the efficiency of technical staff through monitoring tools.

• Analyze complaints and offer recommendations to optimize spare parts consumption.

• Train the field force (FF) on cooler management policies.

• Conduct market visits to evaluate and monitor service performance.

• Track daily attendance of service engineers and plan their activities for the following day.

• Develop, review, and present yearly summary reports and plans.

• Resolve long-standing issues through active communication with the field force and technical teams.

• Analyze and improve national cooler service reports for enhanced efficiency.
