Responsibilities & Context:
∎ HS code verification and landed cost calculation.
∎ Shipping documents check & confirm to the supplier.
∎ Check the vessel schedule and collect the Shipping documents accordingly.
∎ Make a payment schedule for all LC payments.
∎ Keep all data in an excel import statement.
∎ Negotiation with all relevant vendors
∎ Tracking and monitoring all incoming shipments.
∎ Ensuring the delivery schedule.
∎ Communication with supplier and Bank.
