Educational Requirements:
∎ Textile Engineer (Wet Processing) in any reputed university.
∎ Preferably BUTEX, Ahsanullah University, Dhaka University and BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT) (Wet Processing) student.
∎ Skills Required: Wet Processing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Denim Washing (Wet Process), Production Management (Washing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Washing Factory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for chemical sample test and development of laundry wash garments.
∎ Have to do sample development and have to understand the buyer requirements. And also have to do Business develop and build up relation with customers/ Buyers.
∎ Development and Implementation of right wash products.
∎ Identify, develop, and increase new chemical and new shed for the organization.
∎ Provide day to day development work reports to Management.
∎ Have to work with development target as per buyers' requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Total Experience required 6-7 Years. And minimum sample development experience required 3/4 years.
∎ Those applicants have experience to handle American Buyer will get advantage.
∎ The applicants must have experience in Garments Laundry Wash Industry.
∎ English and Bengali proficiency (Written and spoken) is required.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
