Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To source trims and accessories by ensuring required quality and deadline.
∎ To develop and manage a pool of suppliers for trims and accessories.
∎ Negotiate prices & payment terms and prepare comparative statement report.
∎ To collect quotations and prepare comparative statements for management decision.
∎ To ensure on time delivery of trims and accessories for smooth production operation.
∎ To verify products code and quality as per international standard.
∎ Assist in ensuring quality of the materials and products before bulk order.
∎ To communicate with suppliers through e-mail, phone and other media. Visit prospective suppliers and target market to develop new suppliers.
∎ Coordinate with factory and production department.
∎ Monitor & focus upcoming demand, determine quantity & timing of deliveries.
∎ Any other related tasks as assigned by the Management/HOD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
