Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Supervisor in designing sales implementation plan
∎ Help to drive channel (Wholesale, Retail, Distributor, and HORECA) sales programs
∎ Track the effectiveness of trade marketing activities and reporting findings along with suggested actions
∎ Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors' activities
∎ Review and improve the promotional program to drive product availability at a wholesale and retail store and sales growth
∎ Keep connecting and negotiating with third-party marketing agencies
∎ Look after the budget of the trade marketing department and make sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment
∎ Support the brand management and sales team for all key brand initiatives
∎ Ensure all key initiatives are clearly communicated to customers and stores
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years experience in similar trade
∎ Strong communication skills both in written and verbal
∎ Excellent project management and organizational skills
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency
∎ Attention to detail and accuracy
∎ Knowledge and experience in Google Docs
Salary: Negotiable
