∎ Will be responsible to overall trade marketing Strategy Development plan and implementation follow based on the below two categories:
∎ Agent Channel:
∎ Approved strategy implementation and monitoring
∎ Agent loyalty platform performance analysis and reporting
∎ Monitor & analysis Agent platform SOV & SON. Develop strategic action plan for higher customer recall.
∎ Merchandising FF Salary PR, PO, Calculation and Disbursement
∎ Monthly & Quarterly overall channel performance report preparation
∎
∎ Merchant Channel
∎ Merchant Categorization and Merchant available touch point wise POSM Strategy implementation and monitoring
∎ Monitor & analysis Merchant platform SOV & SON
∎ Merchandising FF Salary PR, PO, Calculation and Disbursement
∎ Monthly & Quarterly overall channel performance report preparation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Job experience in relevant industry:
∎ Interpersonal Skill:
∎ Having Command over Bangla & English
∎ Data Analysis and reporting:
∎ Good skill in Excel and data analysis
