Responsibilities & Context:
Job Description
Maintain effective communication and build strong professional relationships with all utility personnel.
Collect and organize important information, such as approximate tender floating schedules, estimated prices, tender purchase lists, quantities, and other relevant data.
Attend tender opening programs and promptly update the management with outcomes and key insights.
Coordinate and participate in various test events organized by utility boards.
Keep the management informed about significant utility board meetings and share agendas in advance.
Provide timely reports to the management regarding any major issues or developments.
Gather and record essential tender-related information, including NOA, contract signing dates, inspections, delivery schedules, and quantities.
Manage and resolve critical issues arising within utility boards efficiently.
Submit bills to utilities and closely monitor their status to ensure faster collection.
Perform any other tasks assigned by higher authorities as and when required.
