• Analyze buyer tech packs, specifications, and construction requirements.

• Review garment construction and recommend suitable sewing methods and production techniques.

• Ensure accurate interpretation of buyer requirements during sample development and bulk production.

• Provide technical support to production, quality, and merchandising teams.

• Evaluate development, fit, size-set, PP, and shipment samples.

• Identify fitting issues and recommend corrective actions.

• Coordinate with merchandising and sample teams to ensure timely sample submission.

• Review measurement specifications and maintain fit consistency.

• Troubleshoot technical and construction-related issues during production.

• Conduct pre-production meetings (PPM) and technical briefings.

• Ensure garments meet buyer quality requirements and approved specifications.

• Analyze garment defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Optimize sewing techniques and production processes.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing and 5S activities.

• Guide and train technicians, supervisors, and operators on technical requirements.

• Ensure proper documentation of buyer approvals and technical changes.
