Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage deployment of labours/ workers/ staff, check daily Hazira, Kutcha book, Yellow book, Production register, Coal Register and other books and records.
∎ To manage the manufacturing related works as per program
∎ To manage field program i.e., pruning, manuring, insecticides, fungicides, foliar, tipping, plucking, irrigation and plantation etc.
∎ To ensure company's assets and interest are best preserved i.e., protect theft, cattle trespass, land disputes and other such issues
∎ To work as a company representative in the tea estates as a convented staff
∎ To work in Black tea factory as the helping of the Manager supervise manufacturing method/system in every step in the factory to ensure tea quality
∎ To ensure the Generation, operation and supply of electricity/power without disruption in production.
∎ To ensure proper maintenance and overhauling of machineries, equipment, appliances relevant to Generation, operation and supply of electricity/power
∎ To ensure cost-effective and best use / utilization of labour/materials/power and system
∎ To carry out other day to day official assignments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 29 years
∎ Good Communication skill in English both oral & written is must.
∎ Should be a proactive & self-organized person with long career commitment.
∎ Should be smart, energetic with pleasant personality.
