Additional Requirements:
- Age 28 to 40 years
Route Optimization & Load Planning.
Warehouse Coordination.
Cross-functional Collaboration (with Sales, Procurement, Production).
ERP/Supply Chain Software Proficiency (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement distribution strategies to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.
Plan and schedule shipments to ensure on-time delivery to warehouses, retailers, or customers.
Optimize route planning and load distribution for transportation efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels across distribution centers to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics.
Forecast demand and align inventory distribution accordingly.
Analyze distribution performance metrics (delivery times, costs, carrier performance).
Generate reports on distribution efficiency, costs, and service levels for management review.
Work with procurement, sales, and production teams to align distribution with business needs.
Identify process improvements to reduce costs and enhance service quality.
