Responsibilities & Context: - Overall monitoring and supervision of staff activities of store.
- Co-ordination with store & delivery personnel, production team, quality & others assign department.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock availability.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage and losses.
- Optimize storage space and layout for efficient picking, packing, and shipping operations.
- Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve issues promptly.
- Daily finish goods, raw materials & Production materials (Paper, starch powder, Chemical, Stationary, Electrical, Hardware & Spare parts) Issue & receiving follow up.
- Receiving follow up all Materials as per Challan, L C & Commercial Invoice.
- Giving solution about problematic items by the discussion with concern department.
- Keeping all kind of record - hard copy, documents with nice arrangement.
- Lead and support store staff, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
- Any other job if assigned by higher authority
