Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and target potential clients for digital advertising & Sponsorship, including brands and agencies.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their advertising needs and objectives.
∎ Present and effectively communicate the value proposition of our digital advertising inventories to clients.
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
∎ Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless execution, including coordinating ad placements and monitoring performance.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging digital advertising technologies to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
∎ Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales activities to the management team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 years of experience in digital advertising/digital media/news portal ad sales, or online ad sales. Experience in the OTT industry will be an advantage.
∎ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
∎ Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
∎ Knowledge of digital advertising trends, technologies, and platforms.
∎ Familiarity with the local and regional advertising landscape.
∎ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Emolument: Depending upon the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate, remuneration will be competitive. Educational Background may be relaxed based on experience or expertise.
