∎ B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing business plan, budget, operational policies and procedures for proficient program accomplishment.
∎ Prepare monthly implementation plan of solar program to meet the annual SAP target and to provide regular status to Management.
∎ Coordination with Procurement department and vendor to purchase solar materials & improvement of product quality and transaction of warranty materials.
∎ Coordination with field officials regarding the smooth implementation of rural electrification program.
∎ Conducting meeting, preparing agenda and action plan.
∎ Conduct staff training, micro-entrepreneurship training and beneficiary training for solar program in the field offices.
∎ Regular field visit and monitoring of Rural Electrification Program.
∎ Provide servicing solutions for all installed solar power system and directions to the technical staff of the field offices for maintaining system properly.
∎ Articulate new ideas related to the renewable energy activities and prepare solar system design (e.g. Solar Micro-grid, Nano-grid & Pico-grid, Solar irrigation pump, Agro-voltaic, solar dryer, etc.), & appropriate and affordable energy cost estimation for most marginalized community, and installation accordingly and as per management need.
∎ Any other tasks if assigned by Head of SED/ Friendship Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Having ToT & Working experience on renewable energy program will be considered actively.
