Job Responsibilities:
∎ Help devise and implement employer branding strategies to optimize the Bank’s presence in the market
∎ Build unique and relevant traffic driving contents continuously for on- and offline platforms
∎ Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders to deploy employer branding strategies, eg. Internal employees, universities, agencies etc.
∎ Plan, coordinate and execute events such as launches, career fairs, job fairs, university roadshows etc.
∎ Partner with relevant stakeholders in the creation of relevant materials, ensuing our employer brand is properly conveyed at all times
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years direct experience in Employer Branding;
∎ Must be fluent in English, written and spoken;
∎ Experience in managing social media, especially LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc. is an advantage
∎ Proven strategic communication skills, able to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external partners
∎ Able to think creatively and cost effectively
