Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Enhance brand awareness and equity through BTL activities (Visibility Drive, Communication, Engagements & Activation in trade level).
∎ Manage Trade Marketing Budget (Planning, Budgeting, Production, Implementation & Control).
∎ Manage POSM (Planning, Budget, Logistics, Distribution, Assortments etc.)
∎ Identify market gap & opportunities and propose channel specific benefit programs.
∎ Evaluate benefit schemes offered to channel partners.
∎ Cross functional collaboration to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Create sustainable agency pool & maintain agency relationship in connection with trade support.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Market Intelligence and Input.
∎ Planning and Analytical Skills.
∎ Willingness to travel across the country.
