• Bachelor/Honors

• Age 25 to 40 years

• You need to have very sound previous track record on Plot/land Sell.

• Prepare and execute the Sales plan by discussing with higher management.

• Market survey / Market research with extensive field visits (if needed) & find out potential clients.

• Identify the product gap in the market and take initiative to fill up the gap.

• To look after customer quarries & counseling.

• Establish continuous product and market analysis & Daily, Monthly reporting on prescribed format.

• Sales data collection from market with all product and their alternatives, and disseminate information in weekly and monthly basis.

• Minimum 2 Year of experience in Sales & Marketing.

Fully Commission Based, Minimum 1 sale will ensure your Monthly Salary. If you can successfully generate the required sale, we will pay your commission and salary together in the first week of the month. You can be a land broker, any third party , you can also work from home, or you can continue to work with us by doing your current job.
