Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Oversee housekeeping services to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.

  2. Manage canteen and pantry operations to ensure quality service delivery.

  3. Supervise dispatch services for timely and accurate distribution of materials.

  4. Provide logistical support for departmental and organizational needs.

  5. Manage administrative bill processing and ensure timely settlement of utility bills.

  6. Assist in corporate events, meetings, and programs.

  7. Lead crisis management efforts, ensuring rapid and effective responses to operational challenges.

  8. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and management of support staff.

  9. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure contractual obligations are met.

  10. Prepare and submit periodic administrative reports to management.
