Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

• SSC & HSC must be from Science background

• BBA / MBA / B.Sc in Textile Engineering (AMT) / B.Sc in IPE

• Graduation/Post-Graduation from a reputed university

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Group of Companies

• Age At most 40 years

• Minimum 3 years at Assistant Manager level

• Total 10+ years’ experience in Merchandising & Marketing

• Must have hands-on experience in Knit Garments

• Experience in reputed Garments / Textile Group of Companies

• Exposure to multiple buyers & styles will be an advantage

• Age: Not above 40 years

• Strong commercial sense & business-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication skills in English & Bangla

• Ability to work under pressure & handle multiple orders simultaneously

• Strong follow-up, coordination & problem-solving skill

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook

• Smart, well-groomed, energetic & proactive personality

• Independently handle international knit buyers from inquiry to shipment

• Strong capability in buyer communication, negotiation & relationship management

• Drive product development based on buyer brief, market trend & costing feasibility

• Ensure Right First Time (RFT) sample development & timely approvals

• Prepare accurate costing & price offers ensuring target margin

• Coordinate with production planning for capacity & lead time management

• Monitor order execution, identify risks early & take corrective actions

• Ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance & buyer satisfaction

• Work closely with production, QC, sourcing & logistics teams

• Maintain proper documentation, order records & follow-up tracker

• Support management with basic MIS / performance reports
