∎ Candidates who have not worked for two consecutive years at a single company need not apply.
∎ Ability to understand requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects.
∎ Experience in direct sales
∎ Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Knowledge of the real estate market in Bashundhara Residential Area is a plus.
∎ Technical Skill:
∎ Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint etc)
∎ CRM (Customer Relationship Management Tools)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote property services.
∎ Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and promotional materials.
∎ Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
∎ Client Data Management - Collecting and updating the database and CRM. Scheduling meetings and assigning the lead to the ground sales team.
∎ Help Clients to make the right decisions with their requirement and explain the various projects based on their requirement.
∎ Build relationship with new customers to drive sales.
∎ Build relationship with existing customers to generate reference sales.
∎ Conduct Site Visit (Virtual and Physical)
∎ Monthly Target: Achieve a set monthly sales target in the property sell section.
∎ Lead Generation Target: Generate a specified number of leads per month through various channels.
∎ Client Visit Target: Conduct a minimum number of client visits per month to showcase available properties and understand client requirements.
∎ Client Meeting Target: Schedule and conduct a set number of client meetings to discuss property options, address concerns, and facilitate transactions.
∎ Sell Target: Meet the annual sales target for property services.
