∎ Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft office suite, Auto CAD 2D/3D, Social media and email communication.
∎ Knowledge about Structural designing (analysis) would be given higher preferences.
∎ Good communication skill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare, update, and verify calculations for detailed engineering.
∎ Estimate budget costs for construction by analyzing plans and specifications.
∎ Conduct design reviews, verification, and value engineering studies.
∎ Generate technical submittals, methods statements, technical notes, and design alternatives.
∎ Propose value engineering solutions to optimize material quantities.
∎ Estimate materials in accordance with project budget requirements.
∎ Coordinate with clients and contractors.
∎ Collaborate with safety, QA/QC, and multidisciplinary teams.
∎ Monitor construction processes.
∎ Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction quality and safety.
∎ Ensure timely reporting of engineering and requisitioning activities to higher authorities.
∎ Lead and manage all construction-related activities.
∎ Submit daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports using MS Project/Excel
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management.
