∎ Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies for assigned product line.
∎ communicating recommendations to the members for team performance.
∎ Able to travel frequently to implement the branding activities.
∎ High abilities of execution of projects.
∎ Data-driven and results- oriented thinking.
∎ Language proficiency is highly recommended.
∎ Sound in communication technology with reporting skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Participate in setting/implementing the overall sales & marketing strategy of assigned products.
∎ Assist in developing marketing plan & Ensure execution with sales team.
∎ Lead, direct and motivate sales team in order to achieve the sales goals.
∎ Develop new channels/ customers to ensure full coverage of area by channel/ product category.
∎ Conducting market survey to collect information including (main players, competitors, new products, etc.) and analyze this information to generate action plan.
∎ Providing regular feedback to senior management regarding performance.
∎ Measure and report performance of overall sales policy & marketing campaigns.
∎ Ensure visibility/ availability & proper displays of own products in key accounts.
∎ Abedin Equipment Limited is looking for a sales leader to increase the business of its power tools products in Bangladesh.
