Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare order sheets as per customer demand for assigned product lines.

  • Develop and implement product delivery programs aligned with market demand and ensure timely distribution to distributors.

  • Create and manage Sales Orders (SO), Customer Orders (CO), Delivery Programs (DP), Route Plans and Stock Transfer Orders (STO) in SAP.

  • Execute sales orders, update SAP data and ensure order accuracy and generate export sales orders and manage export-related activities and delivery programs.

  • Handle Corporate & Modern Trade SO generation, including price checking, stock checking, and timely delivery scheduling.

  • Coordinate with factory transport and 3rd-party transport agencies to arrange timely dispatches.

  • Track undelivered orders, provide aging analysis and ensure delivery within agreed lead times.

  • Prepare daily national sales and delivery reports, as well as stock reports for assigned products.

  • Generate financial and analytical reports, including rebate, discount, rate adjustment, and sales return updates in SAP after necessary approvals.

  • Liaise with Sales, Accounts, Factory, Transport, and other departments to resolve customer order, payment, and delivery issues.

  • Update all depots and distributors regarding CP programs, price changes and other operational updates.

  • Formulate and implement operational strategies including delivery scheduling, route planning, vehicle monitoring and timely delivery.

  • Support overall distribution development for Modern Trade and Corporate channels.

  • Perform SCM-related tasks and assist in other responsibilities as directed by senior management.
