Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets of Multi Brand Turbocharger (Like ABB, KBB, PBS, MAN, Met, Garrett, Caterpillar, Toyota, TEL, Perkins, Holset, KOMATSU etc).
Conduct daily customer visits to the assigned customers. Penetrate new areas and develop a customer database.
Prepare quotations and attend tenders.
Promptly handle customer inquiries and requests. Prepare and present daily and weekly reports and analyses for all sales and customer visit activities.
Gather and analyze market information and competition activities to maintain detailed and updated assessments of competition.
Provide market feedback on Turbocharger spare parts & service.
Coordinate with the collection department the collection of customer dues related to sales activities.
Maintain contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and ensure that all customer complaints are resolved.
