∎ Ability to understand client pain points and offer tailored technology solutions.
∎ Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Odoo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce) is a plus.
∎ Self-motivated, result-driven, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
∎ 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Odoo ERP, IT solutions, SaaS, or FinTech products.
∎ Preferred Industry Experience:
∎ IT/Software Solutions, ERP, FinTech, SaaS, CPaaS, Enterprise Solutions, and Digital Transformation
∎ Having prior experience in selling Odoo ERP or similar ERP solutions will be a significant advantage

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Sales & Business Development:
∎ Identify and develop new business opportunities for Odoo ERP, IT solutions, and FinTech products.
∎ Engage with corporate clients, SMEs, and enterprise-level businesses to understand their technology needs and propose tailored solutions.
∎ Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and business consultations to showcase Odoo ERP and other software solutions.
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
∎ 2. Client Relationship Management:
∎ Guide clients in choosing the best solutions for their business needs.
∎ Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
∎ Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, and negotiation to closure.
∎ 3. Market Analysis & Strategy Execution:
∎ Analyze revenue forecasts and performance to gain business insights.
∎ Create targeted sales campaigns to boost awareness and generate leads.
∎ Share market insights with marketing and product teams to enhance offerings.
∎ Develop and execute strategic plans to adapt to market changes, opportunities, and risks.
∎ Prepare and manage business documents like revenue projections, product presentations, legal papers, and proposals for in-house and client needs.
∎ 4. Coordination with Internal Teams:
∎ Work closely with technical, pre-sales, and implementation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
∎ Ensure smooth coordination between sales and technical teams for efficient problem-solving.
