- Ability to work independently and be able to work under time pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management
Responsibilities & Context:
- Making plan for individuals and group to achieve the sales target.
- Monitoring market activities.
- Facilitate, control and coordinate the annual strategic marketing planning.
- Making plan for Pre-Fabricated Steel Building.
- Team leading & managing Capacity.
