∎ Minimum 5 years proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the interior design or related industry
∎ Strong understanding of sales processes and marketing principles.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and target potential clients through networking, referrals, and market research.
∎ Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their design needs and preferences.
∎ Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
∎ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
∎ Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
∎ Collaborate with the design team to develop customized proposals and quotations for clients.
∎ Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
∎ Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the business, including online and offline campaigns.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for business growth.
∎ Develop and manage marketing materials such as brochures, portfolios, and presentations.
∎ Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with the brand's vision and services.
∎ Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance metrics to senior management.
